What "diet" do you follow?

I'm planning on doing a high fat diet or like a carnivore diet that includes seafood. Soon, I plan to have fish very often, mainly salmon.

That said, I am a fan of white rice, onion, mushrooms, (sweet) potato

None, as long as you eat sensibly you should be fine.

Even that would be considered a diet.

I currently follow the "all you can eat" diet..

..yeah - I need to curb my snacking and start eating more healthily again. Chocolate and cookies are my worst habit right now!

If you're pretending to lose some weight let me tell you that all that you mentioned in the second sentence are forbidden :P
I try to follow a balanced diet, sadly i can't have fish a lot..

How's the second sentence wrong? Fat fills you up as well as protein. And it's just to try it out.

I tried Kreto diet and it worked really good but i didn't keep it up so back to round shape and chubby. Hope i start again.

I have decided to not do carnivore. Instead more balanced. Fish, mainly Salmon will be my go-to. I'm probably going to have broccoli, mushrooms, and onion mainly. I'll have rice with seafood. I just want to keep it simple and not have to cook every day or have 10 different ingredients.

Salmon has high calories but good HDL, if you decide to do some walk or cardio exercise then you'll improve your health quickly!

I don't follow a "diet". We just focus on real, organic food. Some people feel best not eating meat & should go that route. While others get lethargic. There's something to be said about actually listening to your body. Not talking about cravings lol but what your body desires.

RE: What "diet" do you follow?

Nothing in specific. I make sure that whatever I eat is healthy and balanced. I don't overeat or starve.

Since putting on some extra weight during lockdown, it was real hard for me to reduce normally. On advise from professional dietitian, I have altogether stopped fatty intakes, watch my calories, strictly have only green salads as a whole meal for dinner, and started on regular exercises. Thankfully, results are satisfactory.

I keep my diet light, have almonds and salad in the morning, white rice chicken or fish for lunch, sandwich intje evening and Fruit salad and egg whites in the night.

Would feel fresh and light through the day

To be honest, I don't follow any diet or any specific meal or dietary plans. I am not concerned about my weight or lifestyle, and I'm happy with myself. I think that's all that matters at the end of the day. This isn't to say that I haven't got to be careful, but life is too short to be worrying about everything.

Lol, that's just it Alex. Even if we avoid everything instructed by health practitioners we can't still live forever. We just have to eat what's good in the health, and eat to our satisfaction.

RE: What "diet" do you follow?

Whatever keeps me from losing any more weight! Lol, but I should add more fish to my diet, I don't eat any at all and I know they can be good for you.

RE: What "diet" do you follow?

I try to avoid as much processed food as possible and cook from scratch.

RE: What "diet" do you follow?

I workout so I can enjoy the junk food lol it's all about balance I say eating enough healthy food and then enjoying some snacks.

Good thing I'm a cook at a restaurant so I know how to cook from scratch and cook healthy when I want to.

RE: What "diet" do you follow?

I don’t have a specific diet plan these days, just continuing skipping sugary products, saturated fats, alcohol and fast food. I keep count on my calories and try to eat clean.

RE: What "diet" do you follow?

Omad is something that's recommended to me by my nutritionist but I'm really finding it very difficult adjusting to that kind of meal.
