During lockdown, I was usually up early in the morning. I start my day with meditation and yoga, then I just do brisk walking for about 45 minutes in a park, not too far from home, making sure to follow safety protocoI. I missed Gym but understood the seriousness of getting infected in public places. Thankfully, Lockdowns are thing of past and hopefully we are on road to normal life.

I just followed the zumba instruction from the youtube channel.  It was fun and did give the much needed exercise feel during the lockdown.

I do a 100 skips a day to keep myself in shape.

I play more of video games than working out now and when it comes to keeping fit, I just watch what I eat because it's where we get it all wrong from.
