I make my own frozen banana chocolate shake every morning. Been doing this for many, many years! Consists of bananas, baking cocoa, stevia, & now almond butter instead of peanut butter. Used to make my own nut milks but I find the frozen bananas give it a creamy consistency. Bonus is, no brain freeze lol
Smoothies are mostly based on fresh fruits and vegetables. Compared to Milkshakes which relie mostly on Diary products.
My personal favourite is 3 Cups of Mango 2 Cups of Spinach and 2 Cups of water it's great and refreshing will feel energized throughout the day instead of 2 cups of water can replace it by 1 cup of water and 1 cup of Cucumber, it will also taste great.
