As the title says. Which one it was?
For me, it was Shaman King, then Naruto came. How about you?

Ow, Bleach! I guess it was the third anime I saw. Good point, I almost forgot. The first anime I watched was Dragon Ball Z, then bleach, and fullmetal alchemist about the same time I was watching Yu Yu Hakusho.
Trigun.. old good memories. (y)Mine was DBZ, Then Outlaw Star (which would be my favorite if it wasnt for the next i am about to list), Trigun all time favorite! Vash the stampede!!!!!!!
Now that I recall Yu-gi-oh must have been my first too. I just don't really know if Yu-gi-oh is considered anime but if it is that's definitely my first one. Anyways I was real big into Yu-gi-oh when I was younger. And pokemon for that matter and went to local card shops to duel all the time. I had a Toon Deck with Blue-eyes Toon Dragon and I would always duel people at our card shop which was called "Underground Games". Was a fun time.Mine was the yu gi oh franchise, then Pokémon (the original). Then I got into mecha with tenga toppa gurren lagann, and I stopped after that. Years later, I would get reintroduced to the genre with your lie in april, which is fantastic, and then rewatching tenga toppa gurren lagann, from a different and more mentally developed perspective. Needless to say, I love anime.
Damn I hating the Toon Deck so much, I never knew how to counter it ahha. Now that I recall Yu-gi-oh must have been my first too.
