I normally do the usual basis whenever I wake up in the morning by praying, brushing my teeth, refreshing, working out preparing my breakfast and getting ready for work.
After I freshen up, I make a coffee and then boot my laptop. I check my own work schedule that I prepared previous day and the get to work. I am a work from home professional
My morning routine is all about setting a positive tone for the day. A quick jog or yoga session helps me clear my mind and energize my body. Usually fuel up something high in protein and fiber to keep me going. I briefly check my emails and social media to stay updated and plan my day and I spend a few minutes meditating to center myself and set my intentions for the day.
