Probably Grand Theft Auto as a kid growing up. I don't find it funny anymore but as a kid just because of how wild the game can get it used to make me laugh so hard. My cousin and I would play it and he would always have his own laughing commentary while shooting down civilians.

The radio station talk shows and commercials are even more hilarious. Sometimes, I'll be in the middle of a chase and one of them comes on and I find myself laughing uncontrollably.
