What's the most disappointing game you've played?

As a fan of the Mass Effect series, I found ME: Andromeda to be the most disappointing game I've played due to it being a mediocre game and being over-hyped by myself. As the topic title suggests, I'd just like to know what game you found to be the most disappointing and why.

Halo 4-5 was to be honest one of the more disappointing ventures for me. With Bungie giving out to 343 industries was one of the greatest upsets I've ever experienced. The game went from a classic Halo 2 and Halo 3 fun times to basically a good game but not good enough. I can't think of any greater upset.

It must have been Alone In The Dark 2 and 3.

The game actually as you might know is the father of classical survival-horror games like Resident Evil/Silent Hill.

AITD 1 was so good, it brought the dark atmosphere and the implentation of real books to solve puzzles through the game and overall badass music made the game far more interesting than it seems. If you haven't played the game before it might be too hard but believe me, when you get things straight it shouldn't take more than an evening to finish the game but be careful.. only 4 healing items you have in the entire game.

AITD "4" (the new nightmare) is the only sequel worth playing (imo).

Both 2 and 3 are more of a bad joke rather than a horror game.

Pokemon Let's Go - Game is extremely easy, almost as if the game was dumbed down for a wider audience than gamers per say.

Pokemon lets go was one of my favorite pokemon games i ever played. It was easy but it was still sort of challenging at the same time. I only lost 1 battle the entire game including the Elite Four. And the only reason I lost that one battle was because I only had a couple pokemon that were still alive and ran out of revives. Looking forward to Gen 8 this year though.

Hahah this too hard! So many: lets just say all of the Ubisoft titles, Rainbow Six Siege, Wildlands etc. They looked nice a beautiful in E3 trailers but when they actually came it was garbage. Garbage graphics, bugs etc.

Really the most garbage game I've ever seen to be honest with you (not the most disappointing but the most garbage) was The Division. Not sure if the division 2 was any better as I've not played it but the Division itself was trash. lol

Yes, I've played the Division but didn't ever make it past a police station mission at the very beginning. Let's hope Division 2 is worth it.

The most disappointing game I have played and was not even for that very long is 7 days to die. I hated the fact you had to craft for everything and the crafting took ages, like as if though I have the time of day to craft all day. The resources required took ages to obtain and for some who has a busy life, I can't see myself sitting there and crafting all day. Shame because the trailer looked good.

The most disappointing game I have played and was not even for that very long is 7 days to die. For me 7 days to die was great before they started adding stuff such as coins to buy stuff. I didn't mind the grinding but just got boring at times when you had no one to play with.

Yeah, I didn't think it was that popular of a game either. I think they expected more players but it didn't turn out so great for them. I can understand why, the grinding was bit too much.

It also took them way too long to add updates, it was only recently I found they have been hammering out updates because of user feedback.

Oh, i forgot how i hated Resident Evil Survivor back then... FPS are good and will always be good but that game was a total fiasco, besides being a really easy game (you can finish it in a 2 hour rush maybe without ever playing RE game before).

Gah, sometimes your high expectations of a game makes you feel that is really bad.

Glad I did not invest time in this game, I purchased it, played it for like half hour and stopped ever since. Waste of money and time!

I play it myself. And it's cross platform. So I would play with you sometime. Even if you have a pS4 and I have an Xbox One we could still play. I'll talk to you about it later on. It's a great game
