It's come to my attention there are 2 types. Astral and etheral projection. Astral is basically like a dream except you have control. You can see everything as if it was a copy but it's still all in your mind. There is an advanced form of this where you literally make a copy of your physical body. This is referred to as etheral projection. Sounds crazy but has happened to thousands of people in the past.

While we don't see things like this too often, that's not to say it's not out there. Anybody who believes in paranormal is labeled odd, or worse, sent away to an asylum. I think we've gotten away from intuition & understanding our bodies & minds & what they are capable of. So yes, I do believe people can do this. I just think we have to get back to our literal roots & for others to stop looking at those who can as 'odd'.

The main reason is it's really not real but the paranormal happens every day. It goes beyond what most people would ever label as real. I am aware that anyone who has an out of body experience, it's only a copy of the world and things are completely different. You will never see what's happening in real life. Where I mentioned a copy of your physical body, I actually have not much the slightest clue of how it works but I do know that it's possible. According to what I've learned, your body is never actually solid and it's the same thing as a normal OBE. The differences are up for debate.

I can never sit around long enough in position, to be able to properly relax and set myself up for something like that. Never could do so, with the number of physical issues I have had over the years. Astral Projection seems a little odd to me, as it seems like it would just be a waste of time to try to find things and do things outside of your body, when you could be bettering yourself and those around you.

I had a very strange experience when I was 14 years old. When I was a sleep, I felt myself lift out of my body. I met someone, it felt like he took my hand I think he was a native American. It felt like I was moving forwards. The next thing I experienced has a human being with our five senses, was walking down a canal towpath, and I was undecided whether to carry on, or go along a railway line. I remembered that I had a premonition, and that in the premonition, I went along the railway line. I was too scared to carry on along the towpath in case I got stuck in my body of the future.
I went along the railway line and when I got to a road bridge I scrambled down a steep embankment and I was thinking of climbing over a fence. However, the fence was too high. I remembered that when I looked over the fence, the British transport police would see me as they were inspecting the railway over the road. I froze again. I was wondering what to do. It seemed a long time. I looked over the fence and two British transport police officers were there on the pavement. I was stunned that everything in my premonition was coming true. The next thing there was a British Transport policeman coming down the embankment asking me, “What are you doing?”.
The officer was leading me up to the railway track. I felt my spirit lift out of my body and the officer saying, “What happening?”. The same spirit that had taken me into the future took hold of my hand and I felt going backwards. When I woke up, I thought it was a weird dream.
Yet three weeks later, the premonition happened exactly has I foresaw. When I walking along the towpath I felt something go inside me, it felt like I had two of me inside one body. It must have been my spirit from the past.
The officer that led me up to the railway track, told the other officer, “You won’t believe me, I just saw the same boy in his pyjamas lifting out of his body.”. The other officer was annoyed and said, “Have you been on the pop?”. Then I had my name and address taken.

An astral projection involves an intentional effort to send your consciousness from your body. It is basically your consciousness traveling out of your body toward a spiritual plane or dimension. It is a spiritual practice unlike the out of body experience which is unplanned. While most experiences occur during sleep or under hypnosis, some people do claim to do it while merely relaxing. Weird, I would say!
