This is actually why I don't eat late night food because I know very well it contributes to one getting fat unnecessarily. And I don't joke with my workouts.Anachiwo said:I most try to avoid foods that's going to make me add weight. I hate being fat all my life and I don't get comfortable being near fat people.
Eating late night food is completely out of the question for me. I rather go to sleep hungry than eat late in the night. The hunger wouldn't kill me before it's morning.Heatman said:This is actually why I don't eat late night food because I know very well it contributes to one getting fat unnecessarily. I love eating white meat more than anything else. It does make me add muscle and I really like it very well especially when I workout and see the immediate impact of the food.Nagato said:What "diet" do you follow?
I'm planning on doing a high fat diet or like a carnivore diet that includes seafood. Soon, I plan to have fish very often, mainly salmon.
That said, I am a fan of white rice, onion, mushrooms, (sweet) potato
I love heavy food as a man and also I workout a lot, so I have high metabolism rate going on in my system. If I don't eat well, it's going to show on my body.Nagato said:What "diet" do you follow?

This is part of the reason why Iaalways try to cook my own food. It makes me eat less of the crap they prepare as fast food.Yarik said:RE: What "diet" do you follow?
I don't eat fast food. I try to follow a low calories high protein diet. I need that since I work out and try to build as much muscle mass as possible.
This is me. I don't worry too much about dieting but I try so hard to eat only healthy food and less of junks. If it's possible to cut off junks completely, I will do it.Creaky said:RE: What "diet" do you follow?
None, as long as you eat sensibly you should be fine.
I try not to eat junks too but being out of the house for too long, I can't help it not eat junk all the time.Sparrow said:This is me. I don't worry too much about dieting but I try so hard to eat only healthy food and less of junks. If it's possible to cut off junks completely, I will do it.
