Guys a word of advice to all those searching for inner peace.

Listen to something that inspires your soul not destroy it find someone in tune with music and ask them to make you mediation or cinematic inspiring like the saints marching through on their war house something that you know will uplift you spirit not drown it.

Can some of you show me what you find if you read this and took my advice.
