CGI has become a staple in filmmaking, from creating massive battles to de-aging actors. Some love the possibilities it brings, while others feel it’s overused or lacks the charm of practical effects. What’s your opinion on how CGI is used in modern films? Are there any examples where it elevated a movie for you or completely ruined it?

CGI was used in most of the adventure movies or TV show with mythical creatures. For example, it was used in Game of Thrones and House of The Dragon to make all those beasts. They are quite good.

In my opinion, CGI is a blessing that comes with a number of cons. If used correctly it helps to make the plots richer and interesting, otherwise, it discredits the film.
