Who is to blame?   When will it improve in the future, if it does at all?   What are some ways things can be improved?   Does all this stuff affect you in a major way?

RE: The Current US Inflation and Gas Prices

Who is to blame is the President I can understand that a lot of times there's something he has to do as a law maker to provide support even if the budget doesn't have it. It puts us further in debt but it has to be done. I guarantee they'll get out of debt it the future but it's dependent on when that happens. If there are people being effected by a Virus and so forth it's necessary for them to have what they need to survive but it does cause inflation issues. Budgeting is what congress is best at but it's not easy.

I don't think the current president and congress stand a chance.  Well, maybe the Democrats could take back the congress after what will probably be mid-term losses.  Who knows?   Maybe Biden can win reelection if things turn around.  I don't know.

US is even in paradise compare to the ongoing economic struggle coupled with high level of inflation going in my country. In the last 12 months, prices of products have tripped in their value, that's completely bizzarre.

RE: The Current US Inflation and Gas Prices

Inflation has been on the rise all over the world. It certainly is not limited to U S alone. Pandemic and lockdown was the reason, as everyone is aware. Economic turmoil as a result of pandemic, loss of jobs, total shut down of work places, production losses and so forth. But when the world was looking up to economic revival, Russian attack on Ukraine shocked the world. It was wrong move from Russia no doubt, but US too is indirectly responsible. So whom will you blame inflation now? The consequences of this war will cause extreme collapse of world economy and is going to affect each and everyone of us, no matter where in the world you are.
