Apparently, Rage Yoga is a thing. Have you heard of it?

RE: Rage Yoga

I read about it few month ago and it’s a practice involving shouting, swearing and getting angry. Sounds weird to me .

RE: Rage Yoga

Hearing it now, I will definitely read about it .

I don't do yoga at all. It seems like a boring exercise for me, which is why I prefer one running or abs workout for flat Tommy.

If you can get a very good yoga trainer or instructor, I'm 100% convinced that you are going to fall in love with yoga exercises.

I wouldn't mind getting a trainer if it's what's going to make me understand and appreciate getting into yoga workouts. I have heard a lot of good things about yoga, so I need to take advantage.

This is actually the first time I've ever heard about Rage Yoga, so I had to look it up on YouTube which I came up with the following update.

I'm going to follow the YouTube channel for more videos on their yoga lessons. I believe that it's going to be very helpful for me in knowing how to get into yoga exercises.

What's the difference between Rage Yoga and the normal yoga that we all do?

They are all the same thing for me. I have watched their videos and can't seem to pick out any difference.

It's just the techniques used in the Yoga that differs and nothing much in my opinion. It's actually a good way to workout if you ask me.
