I highly recommend this software which is free. I designed my logo with it. I've been using it for years. It offers A LOT of options than the standard paint software you get with windows. Try it out!

I have it but much prefer GIMP. Though the image filters on it are much better. If your looking to filter an image this is probably the best option but I find it much easier to navigate GIMP and take out transparencies which I find I'm having to do a lot when making logos and things like that.

it's a classic.

I have used it and it is very good, but these days I mostly use Canva as it is easy to use and also better than most photo editing tools
