I prefer Netflix as it has way MORE choices but Prime has some good originals too. How about you?

RE: Netflix or Amazon Prime?

Personally 1@JoyFreak I prefer Netflix. However Amazon Prime has some neat streaming services too. But better than both of those options to be honest is Hulu which my stepdad recently got for free somehow (can't remember how). Hulu in my opinion is one of the best streaming services because you get a ton of the TV shows which Netflix isn't as good in their offers.

I would say I prefer Netflix when it comes to them both because Netflix has a lot of original movies and also does include quite new movies that have been released lately. Overall prime just seems like it uploads a lot of kind of indie movies whereareas Netflix uploads quite popular movies.

I also have both and prefer Netflix generally. Most the stuff I watch is on Netflix.

It has to be Netflix for me. Amazon Prime has some good shows but not nearly enough for me to pay for it. The only reason I would ever get it is because of the Prime delivery benefit which is the main thing. Prime video is just an additional thing really.

Yeah, I may have to cancel mine soon. I was on student membership and it worked fine for me with the discount but now it's at full price, I may as well just pay for Netflix and get a lot more shows and films.

Netflix did recently raise their prices. I did notice that about 2 years ago. Though in my opinion it's still worth it. Hulu has 2 options, with ads or without ads so if you want to pay a little less and watch ads every so often you can.

I use both frequently. Netflix and Prime both have some awesome originals.

lol Why is that? They do have some cheesy stuff, but overall I think it is a decent service.
You have to pay monthly than you have to pay to watch the majority of the content. That's been my experience so far.

Maybe it's your region, the same goes with me and Netflix.

So you pay monthly for Netflix, then pay again when you want to watch a movie? Are you sure? I've used Netflix since they started streaming and have never done that.

1@zoldos I never have either. Would be interesting to know if that was a thing in other countries. First I've heard of that. I'm not sure if that's what 1@Laifot meant though by region.
