From what I've read in the news, it's not the way to deal with inflation. In fact, it just leads to layoffs. Bottom line, businesses are not going to reduce CEO salaries and for small businesses, there isn't a CEO.

Yeah but the less valuable the average paycheck becomes due to inflation causes the US Government to have to bend to the consumer otherwise it would be like slave labor.

I see the logic. However, though, wages only increase for those they still hold on to.

Anyway, it seems to be a thing where there is no solution. What might be some?

There really isn't any solution short-term but for them to raise the minimum wage. It's not like the can cut into their budget more then there already doing especially when the United States is already trillions of dollars in debt.

I really feel like the inflation is planned. Someone is buying up land and food. Is this conspiracy far-fetched? OK, look at Bill Gates being the biggest landowner in the US. ;)
