The last two manga chapters I read were One Piece chapter 1019 and My Hero Academia (Boku no Hero Academia) chapter 320. I look forward to reading them every week.
Episode wise? My Hero Academia season 5, episode 16.

Personally, the last episode I've seen it was Tokyo Ghoul:re episode 8. Can't wait for the next one which is on Tuesday.

I was going to say I didn't know they were still airing episodes until I looked at the date 

For me it's episode 9 of Demon Slayer Season 2. The cliffhangers from the  fight are getting too much to bear now.
