I used to be one. I feel bad about leaving. I learned much about the religion and was even at the level where I was allowed to knock on doors. Anyway, though, I think a lot of the religion is right, but there are flaws. What do you all know about JWs?

All I know is I've been taught that it's false doctrine and Christianity is the only religion I will personally ever follow for what God has done in my life. If you try hard you can actually feel the presence of the almighty God.

My problem is how they segregated from the other Christians. I've got a couple of them that are very good at communicating with me and I wish other members of Jehovah witness should have an open arm as well.

That's strange. I have read that they don't get married to others from the other congregation. How true is that?

Yeah, they don't marry out of or have close relationships outside the faith. It's because the Bible tells Christians to behave that way and they believe they are the only real Christians.

Jehovah Witness! I have heard of this term but do not know what it is. I am not much familiar with Semitic religions. I am a practicing Hindu and in Hinduism that are numerous sects.

They believe they are the purest Christian church. They believe all other churches have sold out to various degrees.

It's the same thing I think with Mormonism. They also think they are the only true church and the most pure.

They have branches all over the world. They use a modified Bible. They are strongly persecuted in many nations.

That is not cool at all. I mean how are they going to be living in a good state with friends and family when they don't relate better with everyone.

This is not true. My boss is a Jehovah witness.

I mean not to insult anyone, but I donot have a very positive view about them mainly because they refuse any kind of blood transfusions and also, singing of national anthems due to their religious restriction.

Being a doctor, how can I save anyone without a blood transfusion when such a transfusion is warranted in ordinary line of treatment? What happens to children who require frequent transfusions to maintain life? Its not always practical to find another JW to donate blood
