If a concert or event is cancelled by the organizer, you can get refunds. But what happens if you miss the event due to personal reasons like traffic, flight delays, illness, etc. You don’t get refunds when you are caught in disruptions. However, sometimes organizer offer insurance with the tickets, you get coverage if you miss due to some unfortunate events. Some insurance companies also offer protections and they reimburse your money. Have you ever benefited?

I've never been to a concert but really want to check out an Insane Clown Posse concert sometime in the near future. If you ever heard someone ask if you were 'down with the clown' that's insane clown posse for you. The term for the fan base/family is juggalo. I live by that and have been for the Dark Carnival for some time which is what they represent. Long banter short, I never have been to a concert so I couldn't really say but eventually I'll go to an ICP concert.

Nope. I honestly didn't even know that was a thing until you just mentioned it because a lot of event organizers either don't inform their attendees or aren't honoring said insurance.

My fiancee did a couple months ago. She hadn't been to a concert in like a decade. She was super excited, until she realized that she wouldn't be able to attend. She can't stand for hours on end like I can, and there were other issues too. She did purchase the insurance though, but that only covered things like bad weather. She tried to sell the ticket on several platforms, and ultimately lost her money by forfeit. She learned her lesson. She's not a teenager anymore. LOL
