Is anyone actively earning money on YouTube? I'm wondering how long the review process takes. My channel has over 1,000 subscribers and I need 1240 more watch hours to be eligible. The requirements are 1000 subscribers and 4000 watch hours.

Yes, it's paid monthly (automatically) if you meet the minimum threshold which is £60. For some reason, I have 0.03p in my adsense account. Hopefully when my YouTube gets approved, I'll be earning a bit more than this lol.

As you can see from the image below, my YouTube channel has now been accepted into the YouTube partner program. That means, I can now earn from displaying ads in my content. I'm looking forward to earning money with YT.

These are my channel statistics. I'm already at 2.4k subscribers and 80,000 views in total. I'm hoping to reach 10,000 followers by next year, but one step at a time for Bizdustry and the Youtube. Have you considered earning money on YT?

I have not 1@Alexander.[/uSER] I will probably just stick to adsense and make an account for Mind Piff once we get to be a bigger site. Making videos is not something I don't believe I would enjoy doing but to each their own. It would be about gaming if I did and there on too many YouTubers with professional software that can make it look flashy. Something I have not gotten good at. Mainly call of duty would be what I made videos about if I did.

I believe it's also based on impressions for the cost per click and similar to adsense. So they would need to click on the ad but the more viewers you have, the more it would be worth.

I only have around 200 subscribers. Can you provide some tricks how can I expand my subscriber base.

It is really painstaking to get new subscribers. I wonder how you got more than 1k subs in less than a month. o_O

RE: Earning Money on YouTube

I had a YouTube channel back in 2014 I was earning $1AUD a month for 700 views so it’s possible back then we had channel networks.

I don't, but know a few that do. They make good money, but it's a bit stressful to do so.

Every decent money making channel on YouTube is tied to a personality. Content is important too, but if you really want to make money on YouTube, you

Stressfull? Really?
I rather find it very interesting way to earn money. Special you have to do the things you like, for example someone likes travelling and makes a Vlog, someone likes cooking and makes videos etc.

Yes, I agree that for any field you have to work hard to become successful. And here you need to work hard to make your content more interesting.

From my understanding, a little play at it, YouTube video making has a pretty hard and regular schedule making. You have to stick to it and keep on track in order to keep your profits up, if you take a day off or feel like you can't do anything, then you're losing money and potential viewers. It's a job that is as much free as a person is enslaved to it.

If we consider it as mainstream earning source, definitely it won't be that much easy. The income here totally depends upon how our contents attracts the viewers. For consistent profits, we will have to make regular videos.

You could simply make gaming videos. Which a lot of people do and sometimes it can pay off. Simple reviews about games or talking about a game. Hell, some people talk on camera about something specific and that's all they do and have tons of subscribers.
