I use Twitter regularly, both to keep up with friends and silly things, but also to promote my work and to better my writing through writing chats.

Yeah, i follow some artists and illustrators that somehow don't use platforms like Pixiv.

I think it's also a fast way to get updated info about something trendy, if you don't really care about that then that's not for you at all.

I use it to keep up to date with the world, talk about gaming, and keep in contact with some friends. I'd say it's my favorite social media website.

It depends on your goals and expectations. I open Twitter when I want to find informative content but for business/promoting causes Facebook has better results. Twitter fatigue only sets in when I start seeing too many self-promotional posts or low-quality articles. That's easily cured by unfollowing. The list feature is also great on mobile but it'd be nice to have it on the desktop nav bar to access with less clicks.

I don't use it as much as most people do but I find it extremely interesting that Elon Musk bought it and changed the name to "X". Interesting business venture but the fact that the name could have been so much better.

About once a week, I'll scroll through some of the trending topics and also to keep in contact with friends and family. It's alright for communicating but there's just too many sex bots and people on their begging for money or advertising their Onlyfans. Some of the memes are hilarious though.

The sex bots can be annoying. I still don't understand the reason they are not finding a fix for such accounts by banning them from the app.

Same here. I use twitter to help me promote my forum and to network. i’ve been using twitter for years and I don’t see myself quitting twitter anytime soon.

I'm not sure why it's such a hard issue for Twitter to address either. It's easy to spot them a million miles away.

He's allowing for freedom of speech which I'm all for, but, of course, this opens the platform to the sewer of hate. Well, that's the price of freedom I think, though. Anyway, the extreme left thinks anyone who disagrees with their extreme agenda is hate, which is wrong.

Twitter or X is one of the most popular and dominant social media platform today. Millions of people if not billions of people are already making use of the social media platform. A lot of people have moved away from Facebook and Instagram to start using Twitter or X.

I still use Twitter at the moment. It's not a social media platform I use as often as I used to but do tend to check things maybe once a day.
