I prefer to sit at the comfort of my home and watch all the favorite sports that I like following up on. I don't have to suffer any risk by staying at home watching them unlike those who are playing the sports in person.
You can actually build up your energy for playing football if you keep training to build up your cardio. It is the same thing I did before I became very good in playing actively until I was injured.
The reason why this is going to be difficult for me to do right now is because I have a more serious priorities to focus my attention and energy on. It is why I can't force myself into doing this right now.
