Do you prefer sleeping on the mat?

I can't sleep on the mat. I will develop waist pains from sleeping on the mat. There are even some bed that I won't sleep in.
Exactly. I can't sleep on the mat. Those who sleep on mat are really trying because there's nothing that's going make me use a mat to sleep.

You are not used to it. Those that sleep on the mat are majorly those ones that are looking at having a good sleep and are comfortable with sleeping on the mat.
I believe that is actually correct because I am not used to sleeping on a mat and I don't think I will ever be comfortable sleeping on it because it usually hurts my body.

I don't like sleeping on the mat. I used to sleep on it as a kid but can't do that again.
Most kids will sleep in any place they are asked to because they don't have so much preference at their young age but when they become older, they will begin to choose what is more comfortable for them.

Well, personally, I don't prefer sleeping on a mat. I find it uncomfortable compared to a mattress or a softer surface. However, I know some people who enjoy sleeping on mats for various reasons, like back support or cultural practices. It really depends on individual comfort preferences and what works best for each person.

Some sleep on the mat as a way of healing from a back pain. It works for some people and didn't go that well for others that tried it.

I slept on mats during breaks at kindergarten. Have any of you done the same? Anyway, I haven't slept on a mat since, instead using sleeping bags or, of course, beds.

If I am having a back pain, I will simply go for a massage and have it fixed and also take some medication. I don't think sleeping on a mat is going to be effective in fixing my back problem.

I cannot have a very comfortable bed for me to sleep in and I will end up going to sleep on the mat. Unless there is a very good reason for me to do so, I don't think I will ever consider doing it.

I know this is weird, but I have noticed a relief from my back pain as a result of sleeping on the mat. I got the recommendation from my friend about getting help when I sleep on the mat and it has been helpful. Do you sleep on the bed or mat?
I typically sleep on a bed with a supportive mattress that suits my comfort preferences. However, I’m always open to exploring different sleeping arrangements, especially if they offer health benefits like alleviating back pain. It’s great to hear that sleeping on a mat has been helpful for you! Wellness is personal, and it’s all about finding what works best for your body.

Some people sleep on the mat because they want to feel comfortable at it. It is basic for them especially those having some form of pains in the body.

Honestly, a mat will never be comfortable for me to sleep in it. All the bones in my body would feel broken if I tried sleeping with a mat.

There are people that would have this kind of experience and believe me, it is never funny at all. So, if sleeping on the mat never works for you, then don't do it.

Yes. It's why I don't do it because I know fully well what's going to happen to me when I make the mistake of sleeping on a met.

Mat is not a comfortable thing to sleep in. How can it be comfortable when it's going to make someone body ache all over?

Anyone who enjoys sleeping with a mat should do as they please but I know very well that it's not something I would do even if I'm paid to do so.

If you're more comfortable sleeping on the mat, then you have every right to do what you want. Personally, I'd much rather a bed or even a comfortable couch if the bed isn't an option.

That's quite interesting and I have come across people who have changed to sleeping on mats due to backaches. I might have to start sleeping on the mat too.
