Do you play until late at night?

As a teenager, I used to stay up to 3-4 AM to play video games during the weekends. I just couldn't get enough of it, as I had many other things to do during the day. But luckily, I've learnt better not to do that anymore. I don't want to ruin my sleeping schedule again.

Until what time do you play video games? Do you stay up until late at night?

When I was younger, I used to always stay up until late playing video games. Now that I am older, I find it hard to stay up past a certain time to play games.

While I do enjoy a late-night gaming session now and then, I also understand the importance of a good night’s sleep for overall health and productivity. So, I try to balance my gaming time with rest, even if it’s tempting to play just one more level!
