I don't drink tea; I'm more of a coffee person. In specific, my favorite kind of coffee would have to be a Cappuccino. The caffeine content helps me stay awake throughout the day, and it gives me that buzz.

Matcha has a lot of caffeine in it as well

I remember when I was very young the only hot drink I could really stomach was hot chocolate, which I loved but it took a while for me to expand my tastebuds. From there I moved onto fruit and herbal tea and such but with plenty of sugar to make it more manageable. I also love coffee in hot chocolate now as a mochaccino but as for coffee itself, I rarely drink it! I think the only time in fact that I have was in Sweden where it is really popular.

I drink herbal tea. My favorite is Red Raspberry Leaf as well as Rooibos. I can't do caffeine so don't do regular black teas. I was never into coffee. I only drank it years ago to put flavored creamer in there. But it was really more creamer than coffee lol

herbal tea is much better pick different herbs, dry them and make tea. many health benefits

I drink both :) yet day to day I tend to drink far more tea than coffee, coffee is something that I enjoy having while I'm out of the house. Since the Covid and full lockdown, we had no coffee but tea and water and more tea ;) Can't go wrong with that. Also saved a far bit of money by not spending coffee.

I do miss having a coffee and cake out, but we can't do much then let the world take its pass.

I drink both since now most off us work from home for me its very much essential to have caffeine in my system :coffee:

Only milk.

A big No to tea. I like coffee but I rarely drink it.

Its either tea or nothing at all. No choice actually since I had developed mild allergy to coffee early in my childhood and it had been rather harsh on my stomach. I prefer black tea with lot of sugar. I have tried herbal tea but not a great fan of it. Strong black tea is what I prefer.

I am tea lover, now going on a Zero Refined Sugar diet. So , I shifted to green tea.

Heared people in japan avoid refined sugar as it increases cell oxidation and speeds up aging. So me too started avoiding refined Sugar and switched to green tea .

I am more of a Green tea guy, i do drink Tea and Coffee. Among the two i prefer Coffee the most.

I don't drink tea, I've never really liked it or understood its purpose - it's basically just warm, flavored water - to be totally honest. But I do drink coffee because it's the only way to stay awake at work.

I enjoy various caffeine free teas and Throat Coat when I am sick/sore throat. Tea itself is very healthy for the gut and quite soothing. I do not like coffee or caffeine, never really got into it.

I don't drink tea but I do drink coffee all the time! Mostly because of work.

You know what, I belong to a state which is famous for tea plantation. But in contrary, I like coffee. Specially during night shifts, taking some sip really helps to avoid sleepiness. :D

I drink neither! (poor poll choices :P ) though one day I do want to try tea.

Depends on my mood. If i am tired i take a cup of tea and if i want to work late night i take coffee

I'm not a big drinker of either, but given the choice between the two I'd say coffee is the preferred here between the two. I'd honestly prefer a soft drink or water as an alternative.

What I would like to know is how do you stay awake if you're not drinking coffee!? Do you use energy drinks or something else? Please do tell us your secret haha!
