Video games are released every year. This brings to the market so many games that it's going to be impossible for a gamer to buy all of them. I try as much as I can to buy at least 3-5 games every year if the games are good.

RE: Do you buy games every year?

If I have the money to always buy games every year, I am going to do it because there are so many games to play which are released each and every year. It's only once in 2003 that I skipped buying any games.

I have a yearly budget for my games. I mean there is no way that one can buy all the games released in a calendar year considering how much it will cost. So, having a budget makes it easier for me.

Can it be possible for a gamer not to buy any game once in a year? I find that hard to believe.

I buy at least 2 games in a year. There are so many games to miss out on in year if you don't buy.

I buy 3-4 games every year, some of the games I buy are new games, and others are sequels. I can hardly miss not buying a sequel to the game that I enjoyed playing. I cannot stop myself from buying a game that is creating a lot of hype.

My guy does every year, but he gets the best ones for himself and try as much as he can to avoid the crappy ones.

This is why I always make of game's reviews before buying any video games.

It's how I have always managed to stay ahead and purchase great games.

What of someone that is struggling financially? Do you think they can easily afford paying for games as you suggested?

I usually get a handful of games but I have noticed I don't even get to complete those games.

Right now I only purchase a video game I would play or have the Time to play.

Yes, I buy games every year. It does not mean that I would buy all the games released.

At least 3-5 games is enough for me to buy in year

Yes, I buy video games every year. It's going to be almost impossible for me to say no to all the video games that were released say for instance this 2022. I ain't going to be able to sleep well.

I think recently, I have been buying video games every year.

Last year, I should have bought about 8 new video games.

At one point in my life, I was spending $200~$300 a month on video games. It was crazy, and boy do I wish I had that money today. In my most recent years, I was buying 2~3 games a year. Mostly Expansion Packs for Elder Scrolls Online, I would buy one for PS5 and one for Xbox Series X. And I would also buy the latest Call Of Duty game.

I used to spend money buying new games I was interested in every year but I have found that now we have access to more free games that I enjoy playing and also access to games on services such as Game Pass as well, I buy fewer games each year than I used to.

Not having a lot of time either is also one of the reasons I don't buy games like I used to.

I buy around 2-3 games each year. Sometimes more if I get sales. It depends really. I guess I should say I buy 2-3 full price games each year and then pick up sales during things like Black Friday, etc.

I try not to go overboard though because my backlog of games is large enough as it is.

Buying all games released in a year is not even possible. You may end up spending more, and that is not logical if you ask me. You want to control how much you spend in a game on a yearly basis.

Exactly! It is definitely going to be impossible for me to buy all the games that have been released in a year because I'm not even sure that the money I am earning will be enough to take on such kind of budget.

No matter how rich you are, you will he stupid attempting to buy all of those games. I don't see any benefits for making such a move.

I buy at least a couple new games every year. I try to look for online deals when I get my games.

There have been some years where I haven't bought any games and other years where a sale got to me and I purchased a bunch, which leads to the years where I don't buy any.
