It is not always the case that women hate taking suggestions. Many times, men dislike taking suggestions. Maybe it is due to gender, that men put themselves in a higher position, and for some men taking feedback is just like a negation of their personality. But it’s not the case for all. Some of them are open-minded. Many women may dislike taking suggestions while others are receptive.

Well, I believe that it's something that's all down to our individual differences. Our perception and understanding differs from one person to another. It's got nothing to do with sex.

Personally, I think that most people are more interested in getting positive feedback from their sources than the negative feedbacks. It's not about one's sex.

A very good number of people don't really fancy being criticized for any reason whatsoever and it's a problem because if you don't take criticism, how would you upgrade?

It's all about understanding and how you structure your criticism that would determine how it's going to be accepted or declined when it's given. It can apply to both sex.

When I have successfully passed across my messages, I don't care how they receive it or react to it. Although, I would never ill criticize anyone because I'm not an asshole.

We are a very delicate gender, so there are so many ways that we react to somethings that ordinarily we should be cool with.

Yeah, that's very true because all the women that have come across my life are all weird in different ways that I can never begin to comprehend.
