The second half was bad. I hated the end. But I recently watched a YouTube video and Light potentially became a Shinigami himself. Lets say that's true, I wish there was a sequel but idk what it would have been aboutI have seen the anime and I enjoyed it a lot, due to it's interesting concept and edge-of-the-seat moments characters find themselves in. Ryuk was probably my favorite character because of the dark humor he always seemed to say and his perspective of everything. Without trying to spoil it, I thought the second half was weaker, but it was still good overall.
Death Note (going by episode count) was actually on "long" and not short. I say that because apart from the shows that have 100+, shows only go for 12-13 episodes and 24-26 episodes.Yes I've seen all of Death Note up until Light dies I think if I remember correctly. Was a good series and I wish they had made more seasons. Unfortunately it was also quite a short series and didn't last very long.
I agree. I don't think the character 'N' was that good or as good as the character 'L' or light. The beginning of the series was much better. However compared to bleach or fullmetal alchemist @Seneca there's no way you can say it wasn't a short series. You can say it wasn't short all you want but compared to most series animes like those or DBZ it was definitely a very short show. The only reason I don't still watch it is because there haven't been any new seasons or episodes for almost 10 years. After L's Death the show dropped its quality, i loved the way it was drawn and the animations and how Light became a vicious killer.
Yeah, it was like some sort of inexperienced and kinda innocent ones, sadly...I agree. I don't think the character 'N' was that good or as good as the character 'L' or light. The Manga was short. The anime was not short. Compared to seasonal anime that only get 12/13 episodes.@Seneca there's no way you can say it wasn't a short series. You can say it wasn't short all you want but compared to most series animes like those or DBZ it was definitely a very short show.
That's why it was interesting because no one was spoiled back in the day!The Manga was short. The anime was not short. Compared to seasonal anime that only get 12/13 episodes.
The reason the show hasn't got any new episodes is because the creators wanted to be faithful to the manga and have it end, instead of keep going. I prefer the shortness to it, as it always felt like there was a purpose and urgency to the episodes and filler episodes in anime are my least favorite aspect. If they kept the series up, the quality would be much worse than the second half, due toI agree. I don't think the character 'N' was that good or as good as the character 'L' or light. Why? Stuff like that happened to a lot of series and went out well. What i wouldn't really like is to have another Art Director or Writer.and the presence of Near/ Mello. If another studio took over and continued, I think there'd be quite a lot of fan backlash.
Did you enjoy Dragon Ball Super?Rather watch Dragon Ball Z.
Not Really. I remember more about Z than Super.Did you enjoy Dragon Ball Super?
It has the same way of battling but their motives are quite different. I yearn for something like Death Note again. It made a huge impact.I have to agree with you on that. One piece rules over all
G - I watched death note in one full day. I was so tired after.
Code Geass is basically the same type of anime. Both have the character using their minds to win a fight. Death note has almost no combat but code Geass does. Do try it.
