This is a terrible story. I just recently heard about it. This girl had ordered an Uber to come pick her up and got in a car she thought was the Uber but it wasn't and was the wrong car. She was kidnapped and killed. Terrible story. I think this should make us think twice about using Ubers. My family uses them a lot, especially my little brother and his wife. My mom and stepdad uses them when they go to the airport but this case is tragic because when you think about it, this could happen to anyone.

Apparently even though she was expecting it to be an Uber it was someone else. I have never used one and never will. To be honest, if you need a ride you should call a Taxi instead. Uber is the most unprofessional way to get a ride I've ever heard of in my life.

Here's the full story:

I know it's tragic but Taxis are the same way too, you don't know who is driving either.. I remember many cases with the same outcome in my country, i know it sounds risky but Uber needs to improve key stuff to improve its security like emergency buttons to advert local police/family.. the last time i used one didn't even have the car's badge.

She had a terrible bad luck :(

This will lead to an upsurge in racism - of course. Watch as every bigot - even worldwide, will run the story - a billion times.
