You might have heard buying and selling domains is a profitable business, but can you actually make money from domains. Well, my experience tells me making money selling domains is not easy, it is even impossible. The biggest challenge is finding buyers. Good .com domains are rare, and buyers have plenty of alternatives with other domain extensions. Domain selling can be a daunting task, and unless you have a rare, highly valuable domain, turning a profit is tough.

Godaddy auctions is a good place to get started if you are selling domains. It's very cheap I think like under $10/year and you can post your domains for sale. A lot of people also use their partner site Afternic which sells you domains too. DynaDot has one I think too.

Domains can be sold yes but you will need two accounts one for all your domains and one to just push domain to prevent hackers trying to hack you after.

Yes, you can and it's quite a good revenue stream for some people I know. However, you have to know which domain names will be in demand.
