Turn off the power supply Unplug the power supply from the wall outlet. Find the "CMOS Battery", it's silver, about the size of a nickle. It's in a round, black holder. Remover the battery. Wait 5-10 mins Put the battery back in Plug in the power supply Turn on the power supply Turn on the computer Start the computer. And do more research about overclocking, as your system can't handle it.

Damn it was a saviour.
