Generally speaking, there are three popular ad types that you can use on your website:

CPM (Cost Per 1000 Impressions): You can earn based on how many times ads are shown. Your get x amount for every 1000 ad impression

CPC (Cost Per Click): Earn each time someone clicks an ad.

CPA (Cost Per Action): Earn when visitors complete specific actions (like purchases).

Many sites benefit from a mix, but the value of each depends on your audience and niche. Which ad type do you use on your site?

CPM can be bottled by a good coder so there complaining about it to technical advice help centres.

pPC is really good for building rank sites with keywords you use not going to give away my SEO strategy.

CPA ain’t the best thing to do if you have money to waste then go for it.

Cost per click really is the best in my opinion. In the future I plan to put ads on mycafetalk for guest traffic where you would only see the ad if your not logged in. CPA probably is rare that someone would actually make a purchase so you won't be making as much.

The most success I've had is with affiliate marketing (CPA). But it does take more work and you would need a good understanding of your audience.
