Atheist Vs. Someone From Another Religion

Do you categorize atheist and someone from another religion in the same group? What do you think they not believing in God is same as believing in a God that you do not approve? In case you put them in different category, and if you have to choose one of them what would you choose?

I a m personally a non practicing Christian, but I have faith for all religions primarily because I understand that religion is a matter of personal space and not something the state or another person can barge into.

Why would I think atheists and people belonging to other faiths are the same when all God has the same characteristics and all the benefits of religion which I or anyone follow has not been solely because of one faith or the other?

Just like how I have the right to practice, profess and propagate my religion, everyone has that too. Also, by religion, I mean, areligious and atheistic views also.
