Are you a saver or a spender?

When it comes to money, I would say that I try to be a saver but with the current inflation and cost of living, saving hasn't been as possible as it used to be which is a shame.

I do avoid unnecessary spending though to try and save as well as going for things that are cheaper or on offer.

I can't save money due to the fact that I am on a fixed income and I don't have anything to save. And my wife and I are a one income family. If I had extra money to save, I would save it.

I’m more of a spender because I don’t make enough on a monthly basis to actually save atm. I’m hopeful that one day I’ll be able to save some extra money money on a monthly basis.

I'm actually a bit of both. There's no way you're going to be just saving money without having to spend every now and then. There's always going to be expenses to pay as your responsibilities.

If you don't spend, how are you going to cope in life? Being able to do both is very important since you will have to achieve a lot when you are able to spend and save. Just don't do too much of spending.

I don't save. However, I do support my family. In that case, I'm not having fun with it, so t's really about the same, but I'm not complaining.

If you don't save, how do you take care of an immediate unforseen circumstances that requires money?

I am trying to get into the habit of saving nowadays. However, it is really tough because I have so many bills and obligations, but it's doable. Anyway, I can't do any real saving until some more months pass, I think.

I am a spender but I do not spend on useless things, I only buy things that I really want. When I buy something, I always make sure it helps me to ease my work or it improves my lifestyle or it makes me profits, or saves money.

Being frugal with spending right now is very necessary because with inflation and high cost of living, when you don't caution how you spend, your finances will deplete very fast.

I can't spend more than 70% of what I make in a month. If I do that, I will be dead sooner before I know it. This makes me to save at least 40% of what I make every month.

I appreciate the thrill of watching my savings grow. It’s like tending to a digital garden—each dollar a little sprout.

But wait! Life’s too short to skip the occasional treat. A new gadget, a spontaneous trip, or that fancy artisanal coffee—yes, please!

I’d say it’s a 60-40 split. 60% saver, because future PixelPioneer deserves a comfy retirement hammock. 40% spender, because present PixelPioneer deserves a slice of joy.

I’d say I’m a bit of both. I’m a saver when it comes to ensuring I have enough for the essentials and future investments. But I’m also a spender when it comes to my passions—whether that’s the latest game release or a new piece of fitness equipment. It’s all about finding that balance!
