Anyone use Reddit?

RE: Anyone use Reddit?

I lurk the cosplay forum for tips about makeup, lenses and wigs and the chess forum that's also great (because most of them speak nonsense just because they're high rated on the internet servers lol)

RE: Anyone use Reddit?

/r/savedyouaclick is great

RE: Anyone use Reddit?

Never used it before in my life.
I haven't either but it's becoming a lot more popular these days.

RE: Anyone use Reddit?

Its structure makes you feel lost if you don't follow threads everyday.. it's like 4chan on steroids (much more users posting) and a less anon posting system.

Does it have a similar atmosphere as Stack overflow?

I'm not sure. I never use stack. Do you use the old.reddit.com or the new reddit (the one that doesn't look old and outdated)

I used them both? I’m not entirely sure

One version (old.reddit.com) looks like it was made back in 1990s-2005. The new design looks like it's more modern

The old reddit is so vintage!

Ohh okay, I use old Reddit then!

RE: Anyone use Reddit?

I use it and it is a good platform. I do agree thought about it being hard to follow due to the layout. All the nested comments etc. always confuse me and if you do not sit there and really learn how to use it, you will find it hard to navigate.

Old comments are not very easy to find, that's the only problem of that kind of forums.

Yeah they get lost in the nest. Anything that is old is lost.

RE: Anyone use Reddit?

I mainly browse reddit but don't post much, mainly home networking and server related reddit's
