I take cold showers sometimes but yes they are always so cold lol. I should have a cold shower 3 or 4 times a week.

Not full on cold showers but I do prefer to finish my normal shower with a cold rinse to get my energy flowing.

Definitely, a cold shower in hot summer to cool off is a must thing to do .

Even when it's hot out, we usually have some sort of A/C going so still no need for an actual cold shower for me. hheheheeh

You really don't want to take a cold shower, it's way outside your comfort zone, there is no immediate benefit and your subconscious uses to convince you it's not worth the effort and discomfort, you have a tough stressful day ahead so why shouldn't you at least get to enjoy these few minutes showering in the morning?

I can't really remember the last time I took a hot shower . I'm always hot and it's likely because I've got hot blood.

The only time I will ever take a cold shower is if I have a fever. Otherwise, no. I love warm water when it's going over my body. I'd probably get sick if it was cold and a lot hit my head.

In the summer, I always take cold shower, however, in the winter, I never take cold shower. I do not want to torture my body with cold shower in winter, In the summer, when you are feeling hot, taking cold showers makes you feel good.

Not with the kind of cold that's here, you would freeze to death. I'm not sure anyone in my region baths using cold water.

Seriously, I can't really remember the last time I felt cold ?, except for when I'm down with an illness like fever or typhoid.

If the weather is too cold, I'm definitely going to taking a warm bath and medically, I think that warm bath is better than cold bath. 

Where are the doctors in this forum, let them verify for me.

I don't really know how it works with me in that way but it's just the way it is for me for more than 10 years now. My body is always hot and it gets so uncomfortable.

One of my cousin is like that when it comes to not feeling cold at all. He always sweat all the time. I can't sleep in the same bed with him because of how much he sweats.

Not at this time, the cold in my region is an extreme one, I simply do the needful to bath with warm or hot water to keep my body warm.

How do people bath in or with hot water and not end up burning their skin? I rather put the water for my bath out in the sun for some hours and then bath with it like that, then use hot water to do so.

I just took one few minutes ago and I'm still sweating. It's very hot here now and our power supply haven't been steady to help matters.
