Anyone fast?

Does anyone do intermittent fasting?

I've been doing intermittent fasting for awhile now. As of today, I have decided to try 16-20 hours of fasting almost every day. I have an hour left before my 20 hour fast is completed.

Im much the same as above, when im not in a good headspace I quite often dont eat at all.

I think I've been 3 weeks with very minimal food intake before. Not good for a person.

No, i always did it the right way

I know this works as a reinforcement of your diet but you really need to control it.

Every Friday is a fasting day for me. It was our way of life in my family and I grew up mastering it. Till date, I still observe the fast unless I'm ill and need to eat food cos of my meds.

I have a really high metabolism rate so it is physically impossible for me to fast, but I tried it long back and I found it to be very difficult.

I did once and I fainted. So I don't fast at all. I don't know how people fast and do their usual work.

How long did you fast which resulted in your passing out? Was it your first time experience when it comes to fasting?
