RE: Alarm clocks

Luckily for me I never ever had to use the alarm clock to wake me up. I really don't remember when is the last time I have used it. It may sound crazy, but my mind programs my wake up time and bang on, i am awake right on the dot. This has made my sleep miserable at times especially when I have to catch early morning flight. Rather than depending on alarm clock, I would rather lose my sleep and while away my time doing nothing important so as to not get late reaching airport. Sounds crazy, isn't it!

RE: Alarm clocks

My family sets their alarms every morning. I personally am on and off with my schedule so luckily I don't need to hear one every morning. Back when I was in school it really got on my nerves having to hear an alarm clock.
Once I forgot to set alarm to wake up early at 4 a.m, I had some office commitments. I woke around 6 a.m. and I was like, what the f..... I was a bummer that whole day.

RE: Alarm clocks

I don't use Alarm clock I wake up naturally, we have to train our mind to wake up naturally. When we use alarm we get pulled from our sleep state, if we are in a deep sleep state and the alarm wakes us up. We would fee sleepy and tried, if we wake up after a complete sleep cycle we feel energetic and fresh.

RE: Alarm clocks

I have about 4 alarm clocks set for when I need to wake up early for work. The first is letting me know I do need to get up soon. The second is letting me know you need to get up now. The third is you have to get your ass up otherwise your gonna be late. The fourth is your late get up now!

RE: Alarm clocks

I set my alarm for 7am on working days and wake up at once after it rings.

Setting my alarm is something that I'm very used to now. Even sometimes, I do wake up few minutes before my alarm rings. It's more like my sleeping pattern have gotten used to waking up at a specific time.

If you're the one who set up your alarm clock, and it annoys you when it rings, why not set it off completely?

I hate it when people nag over what they can change.

The truth of the matter is that they actually need the alarm ? on always but it still frustrates them when it rings early in the morning when sleep is so sweet.

Yes, that's correct because it happens to me sometimes when I'm too tired and still in need to sleep more but my alarm says no, it's time to wake up.

Damn, that can be very annoying even though I'm the one who put the alarm on to remind me or wake me up. Sometimes, the way I hit the clock feels like it's the source of my problem.

My every day alarm is set at 5:00am and I have never turned it off no matter how it annoys me when it rings.

I have even gotten so used to it that I wake up on my own few minutes before 5am.

That's why I really find it very difficult to use my alarm clock now because it's definitely going to wake me up when I don't want to.

So, it doesn't bug you whenever you get to be awaken by the alarm? Anyways, like you said, you're already very used to it.
