Try fiverr and seoclerk. Both are great platforms to get not only backlinks, but also even buy traffic. Most of it are advertising packages where the person might charge you around $15-25 and then promote you on social media and other methods but do it for you. The right Gigs aren't expensive at all and it may take a bit of time but helps a ton.
