A new me!

With exposure therapy and mindfulness and interacting with others daily offline too, I find it less and less dangerous and life-threatening. Because I’ve decided to change for the better and become more social irl too, socializing interactions have become less an issue for me in my current life. Please help me celebrate a new “me”

RE: A new me!

Congratulations on becoming a new you! I know what it's like to be suicidal. What I learned came from my father who told me one thing I still remember to this day. He said "Suicide is a permanent solution to a temporary problem". What this means is no matter what the problem or issue is the truth about it is that issue will always be nothing more than temporary. If you hurt yourself you may be creating a permanent solution to something that could and probably would go away after a while or at least at some point guaranteed to not be a problem anymore. I'm happy for you and I hope mind piff will help you sort through your life issues in the long run. My goal is to use the site to give outreach to others and to make them feel at home.
