24 hour time versus 12 hour time.

12 hours time format is more easy to use. If 24 hours time format isn't something you're used to, 12 hours will make it very easy for you.
I make use of the 12 hour time style and it is something that is easier for me to make use of.

My mobile phone or time piece is always set to the 12 hours and this is because of no particular reason though.

12 hours is more convenient for me to use because it's how we tell time here in my country.

I have not used 24 hours format for once in anything.

I would say that the reason why you are making use of this format is because it makes it easy for you to tell your time without having to crack your brain to understand exactly what the time is at the moment.

When I was younger, I used to prefer and find it easier to use 12-hour time but since getting older, I hate only to use 12-hour and have to use 24-hour.

I appreciate both 12-hour and 24-hour time formats for their unique purposes.

I think 12-Hour Time works for casual conversations, meetings, and everyday use. 24-Hour time eliminates ambiguity—no need to wonder if it’s 7 AM or 7 PM (For when AM or PM is not present). It's also efficient, which is why it's used in different fields.

Ultimately, I think it’s all about context and personal preference.

I like to use 24 hours format because when I use 24 hours format I do not have t specify AM or PM.

Exactly! I find it very easy to make use of 12 hours format. This is why I still love using analog watches. It's 12 hours based until using 24 hours format.

I have not gotten used to the 24 hour time range. The last time that I did, I noticed that it was not working well for me as it should. So, I went back to using the 12 hour time frame.
