I highly suggest either lowering or Shutting it off completly.

We have an addon that prevents almost all spam sign ups so it will be rare that someone signs up and posts spam. Bot registrations will be very few. I can say that with complete surety so it's best not to worry about it.

That is not what i mean by Spam Flood. i am referencing the amount of time between posts.
