We call it "Milanesa" In Latin America. It's some sort of breaded fried meat.

It is, believe me.

There are some variations like Cotoletta Alla Napolitana (Made in Argentina) with ham, cheese and a fair amount of tomato sauce around. Some of them include a fried egg, mashed potatoes or fries, others are included in a sandwich

I never get to each much varieties of sandwiches, any recommendations if I get to eat at a restaurant that might serve sandwiches?

Arbys is amazing but I bet you probably heard of that. A restaurant rather then fast-food I would have to say Zaxby's which serves some really good sandwiches and fries. Although you can get some decent burgers too at Applebees and Chiles and even Burger King isn't that bad if you get the class chicken sandwich with cheese which is super good in my opinion.

Nope, I will remember the name of the sandwiches that can melt my tongue, but no never heard of these restaurant, Burger King is pretty common, so yes I've seen those mostly around malls and such. I looked up most of these restaurant, honestly all of them looked good, Arbys stands out for me 'cause it shows me a lot of meat sandwiches that made my stomach grumble. Gonna go try most of these restaurants if I ever had the chance to see them.
