Well while not a gamepass game a game that's getting a lot of attention as a multiplayer fps is Splitgate 2 which just fully released about a week ago. The fact that the game is also free. So you don't have to pay but can download it and play anytime. For gamepass even the core gamepass has Halo 5 and Gears of War 5 so those are options.
