I am slowly starting to include more vegetables. So far I always want to have (baby) spinach & mushrooms. I plan to try kale, Chickpeas and black beans. I also want to include more fish and white rice.
I personally don't have a problem with red meat, I have even done the carnivore diet before and didn't have a problem with that either. That said, I mainly have beef mince more than any other type of red meat, as of late, and I haven't had much of that either.

I'm going to be completely honest on this topic; I don't really follow any diet type. Every day, I aim for my 5 fruit or vegetables (mixed), 2 litres of water, 3 meals, and ensuring everything I eat is in moderation. Exercising also helps burn off any excess calories from the carbohydrates consumed.

I don't follow any type of diet either but I have a very high metabolism and am fairly healthy. I'm not as skinny as I used to be but I am still on the skinnier side. Quite lucky compared to some people as I can basically eat whatever I want and I don't gain wait. A lot of people can't do that.

The most important thing in a diet is doing it every day. If you slip off for even a single meal, then you need to work on your discipline.

RE: What type of diet do you follow?

I don't follow any diet's, just try to be sensible and you should be OK.

RE: What type of diet do you follow?

Don't follow a diet. Just eat organic or at least non-GMO. A lot of produce.

RE: What type of diet do you follow?

I don't follow any particular diet but I do keep in mind how many times I eat a day and what food groups are eaten. I get into a routine of eating the same things until I get sick of them after a while and move onto the next thing. Too bad eating salads all the time isn't a routine that sticks with me for long LOL

I try to avoid as much processed food as possible and cook from scratch. I'd be lost without a freezer and a slow cooker makes things easier. I've also taken an interest in intermittent fasting. It's early days yet but so far so good.

RE: What type of diet do you follow?

I'm on a strict seefood diet. When I see food, I eat it. I guess it's the luxury of having a hyper metabolism :) Only time I've ever been on a diet was to join the army. I was 112, and needed to get to 130 so I had to eat over 6k calories a day, I ate 6 full meals with snacks in between and only managed to gain 14 lbs. Which luckily they accepted as being underweight isn't their priority. I ended up getting 136 out of basic and haven't gained or dropped a pound since.

I'm an all day small meal person. Two medium like meals for lunch and supper otherwise I'm snacking on different things.

RE: What type of diet do you follow?

I eat 3 meals in a day , a heavy breakfast filled with protiens and vitamins and a moderate lunch and lastly a very light meal in dinner. I have already lost 9 kgs and don’t wanna lose more, so I try to maintain the current weight.

RE: What type of diet do you follow?

I have one cheat day in a week and for the rest of the week, I take in whole grains, vegetables fruits, protein food along with exercising on alternate days.

Diabetes is a very deadly disease and if you are not careful with how you control your sugar level, it's most likely going to shock you into coma.

You should always make sure you take her to the hospital for check up at least once every month until everything is fully back to normal with her health.

I love mostly Chinese foods because they are light. I hate eating any food that's going to make me feel heavy because it doesn't make me comfortable.

What's your favorite Chinese food? My favorite is Sweet and sour pork, Dim sum and Ma Po tofu. I really love Ma Po Tofu more than any other that I've tasted.
