In my experience, Coursera and MasterClass are the best online learning platforms out. Coursera features courses from top universities and professors. And MasterClass offers lessons from industry leaders. Other great platforms worth checking out include:

W3schools and css-tricks are great places to learn how to code a website. I've heard of Udemy and haven't heard of the others you listed though.
