what do you think modern MMOs are missing now a days?

I have noticed that modern MMOs don't seem to keep attention of people that much anymore. Is it because we don't have big attention spans anymore? or do you think the games are missing something? or what do you think?

They need to step up making games that's not too much of a copy and paste that they are very good at doing with just most of their games.

I think most MMOs nowadays are just a copy-and-paste of each other. There's nothing much unique to offer. Well anyways, I don't play MMOs that much anymore but I'd be happy to see something new. Some big ones got released recently.

Probably more attack options. I really miss those days of elder scrolls skyrim but without the multiplayer. If they took the same stand point it would really be the best it could possibly be. Just that it would need multiplayer.

Elder scrolls online missed that multiplayer experience.
