Think about this SHUTDOWN of Government in the USA. If something isn't done soon so much shit will lead to martial law. Do your own research. Trump... ughh

RE: What about the shut down in america?

I say build the wall. The truth is (and I'm not backing either side, trump or democrats) but the bottom line is they knew he would be held to his word on that wall. He made a promise to America that he was going to build the wall. So here you have multiple democrats scheming knowing that trump had already gave them his word, the only source he could possibly get government funding from. Now once again I'm not backing either side but they want him out of office, if your intelligent you know the real reason. So let's not fork out pennies for a good cause so that the world could see him in a bad light or turn against him. They want people to hate trump. You've seen how they took this Russian ordeal and used every opportunity they had to look for a reason to have him impeached. It's not that he is per-say out of line more than the fact that he's different than them.

One thing can be certain, if it doesn't end you never know what could happen. I've heard stories that your food might not even be safe after a long enough period of time. I don't think it would get that bad but the FDA works for the government too. They are still required to work but when your not getting paid you pay less attention.

I just wanted to add though that what they call dreamers or children born in America should not have to go back to Mexico. That is just wrong and I know more than one person agrees with me. If he would help the kids then it wouldn't be a problem so there I can't complain as they offered him a deal for doing that. I know you saw all the photos of the little kids in these camps with sleeping bags everywhere. Pitiful.

If you recall, his "word" was he'd make Mexico pay for it. Now that that's officially off the table, Democrats don't want to shell out money for something that's not only worthless, it also has http://negative effects on the environment. He's not kept his word on most of the promises he made during his campaigning. http://Won't touch Medicare / Medicaid? Oops. http://Despised how Obama abused his power through executive orders and vowed not to use them? Oops. Tax cuts for low and middle class Americans? The tax reform put in place has been demonstrated by economic studies that it http://actually increases taxes for middle class.

So why on earth would anyone want to reward Trump for his hissy fit that unjustly http://punishes government workers just so he'll get his way? He's already screwed up enough.

I just think it's a lose lose battle when they can't work together. I agree he said Mexico was going to pay for it. But it's easy to see the bigger picture here. They did it on purpose to make him look bad. I don't believe a wall would be worthless. According to 1@Mr. Cream[/uSER] there's already a wall between Canada and the US which you can only get in by checkpoint. Mexico was never a country able to pay for something like that. They just don't have the money. At least the promise was made during his campaign and not later on down the road after he had already taken office. And actually (though I don't have any sources to back it up), tax reform helps middle class out more than tax cuts over time. If there was tax reform for the next 10 years plus it would do a great deal of good for the US. The reason I say that is it gives incentive for these larger corporations to invest money in smaller corporations that does good for the economy. This cannot be proven but it's just my opinion. I know that investors spend a lot more when the taxes are lower and the value of goods and items increases far more.

Though just like you stated with medicare/medicaid, the same can be said with taxes. Both these topics have a high and low end of doing good. If we have already been in one mode with obama care or high taxes, it takes coming out of that rabbit hole before any good can be done. That takes time and several years to see improvement. It's my belief low taxes and medicaid/medicare reform is good over time but because so much harm has already been applied that it won't be easy to see it improve for a good bit of time. And a president only has 4 or 8 years to be in office. Obamas way was the short term way. And sometimes it might work for the better when you never know who's going to be in office next. Even 8 years isn't very long for a President. Just look at how well the economy is doing right now. They just had their greatest single day increase in all of history just recently. So there's truth to what I'm saying. Just takes ample time to see it improve.

IIRC he ended up saying Mexico would pay for it through the deal they have or will have. And a wall works
