What’s your perspective on solitude?

Lately, I’ve been grappling with the concept of solitude and how it shapes our lives. On one hand, spending time alone can lead to self-reflection, creativity, and a deeper understanding of our goals and values. On the other hand, too much isolation may fuel loneliness and disconnect us from the people we care about. I’m curious about your perspective: When do you embrace solitude, and how do you balance it with social interaction? Have you found ways to use alone time productively or meaningfully?

Well, I have to work with the public at my job so I don't mind being isolated at home when I'm not at work. Some isolation is okay. It helps me to recharge my batteries after being at work all day and it helps me preserve my peace.

I would rather self isolate at home than have my peace disturbed by others.

I agree. Solitude is good because it gives you time to reflect and recharge your batteries.
