Whether it’s a deep dive into a specific era like ancient Rome or the Renaissance, or something more recent like WWII or the 1980s, I’d love to hear what has captured your attention. What makes it stand out for you?
 
Doctor Who has gone through every time era would that count? If so I'll choose that one!
Good choice! Personally, I’d say Rome (HBO). It perfectly captures the drama and intrigue of ancient Rome with stunning production design and strong character development. Plus, it’s fascinating how it mixes real historical events with personal drama.
 
House of The Dragon is my favourite. I'm waiting for season 3 of the show because that's when it will be off the roof with dragon fights.
 
My great historical TV series is Vikings. What attracts me most on the show is the representation of Nordic mythology. The characters are fully developed and the narrative is well built and full of suspense too..
